Individual Therapy
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults and teens in a confidential, supportive setting.

There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. Some sessions may feel reflective and gentle, while others can be structured and focused.

What to Expect

Counselling sessions last 50 to 80 minutes and may involve:
Holding space for current thoughts and feelings
Reflecting on recent experiences and behavioural patterns
Exploring and practicing tools to help you feel more regulated
Gently confronting anxieties and intrusive thoughts
Moving towards and resolving painful memories or emotions
Some weeks you may come with lots to say. Other weeks you may feel quieter or unsure. Both are welcome.
Online & In-Person Therapy
I offer both online and in-person therapy sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible around your life.
Whether you’re fitting sessions around work, family, or simply need the comfort of your own space, we’ll find something that works for you.
